At Ivory & Timber Co., we know you’re counting down the days until your wedding. We aim to get your bridal accessories to you as quickly and safely as possible.

• Processing Time: All orders for veils, jewellery, and keepsakes are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.

• Shipping Rates: We offer flat-rate shipping Australia wide. OR Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

• Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Return Policy

We want you to love your bridal details. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return window for all items.

• Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

• Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, Veils must be unworn with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

• Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

• How to Start a Return: Please email us at enquiries@ivoryandtimberco.net.au with your order number to begin the process.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.
