Official Giveaway Rules: Ivory and Timber Co.
1. General
By entering this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter is Ivory and Timber Co. ABN: 13 001 230 160.
2. Eligibility
Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over.
Entrants must be currently engaged or planning a wedding ("Brides-to-be" or "Grooms-to-be"). The Promoter reserves the right to verify the wedding date or engagement status of the winner.
Employees of Ivory and Timber Co. and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
3. Competition Period
The competition commences on [INSERT START DATE] at [INSERT TIME] AEDT.
The competition closes on [INSERT END DATE] at [INSERT TIME] AEDT.
Entries received after the closing time will not be considered.
4. How to Enter To enter, participants must complete the actions outlined in the official giveaway entry form hosted on the Ivory and Timber Co. website:
Mandatory Entry: Sign up for the Ivory and Timber Co. email newsletter and provide a valid Wedding Date.
Bonus Entries: Participants may receive bonus entries by performing social actions (e.g., visiting Instagram/Facebook pages) or sharing their unique referral link with friends, as tracked by the entry system.
Any automated entries, bots, or spam entries will be disqualified immediately.
5. The Prize
Prize Details: One (100 cm fingertip Veil) Signature Veil from the Ivory and Timber Co. collection. If a longer veil is required the winner will pay the difference.
Total Prize Value: Approximately $65 - 85 AUD.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
If the specific veil chosen by the winner is out of stock, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another item of equal or greater value.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
This is a Game of Chance. The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries.

The winner will be notified via Email within 24 hours of the draw.
If the winner does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, a re-draw will be conducted.
7. Winner Obligations (The "Photo Clause")
Condition of Acceptance: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to provide Ivory and Timber Co. with at least one (1) high-resolution photograph of the winner wearing the prize (the veil) on their wedding day.
Timeline: The photograph must be provided within 60 days of the wedding date specified in the entry form.
Usage Rights: The winner grants Ivory and Timber Co. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display the provided photograph(s) for marketing and promotional purposes (including website, social media, and advertising).
Copyright Warranty: The winner warrants that they have the rights to share the image. If the image was taken by a professional photographer, the winner confirms they have obtained the necessary permission from the photographer for Ivory and Timber Co. to repost the image on social media with appropriate credit.
8. Privacy & Marketing Consent
Collection of Data: By entering, you consent to the collection of your personal information, including your name, email address, and wedding date.
Use of Data: This information will be used to conduct the competition and to send you targeted marketing communications relevant to your wedding timeline (e.g., special offers, veil advice, and product launches).
Consent: By ticking the "Subscribe" box on the entry form, you expressly consent to receiving electronic marketing messages from Ivory and Timber Co.
Opt-out: You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in the footer of our emails. Your data will be stored securely in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
9. Social Media Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook (Meta), or TikTok.
Entrants completely release Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok from any and all liability in connection with this competition.
